I worked with Mukesh to better define future product needs from the TCS ADD Supply Managment roadmap. While he brought his UI and UX skills to the sessions he also listened diligently to new perspectives being shared and asked many questions that showed he is inquisitive, intuitive but bring in new perspectives himself asking non-obvious questions to reveal the true issues and challenges we are looking to address. A pleasure to work with, his iterative approach to experiential learning means the next release of the product will contain enhancements that deliver new and meaningful solutions and a great user experience driving larger value creation. He is developing great product management and owner skills and has a great future ahead.
